أثر إدارة المعرفة على نشاط التجديد التكنلوجي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية-دراسة حالة مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر تبسة-

تهدف هذه الدارسة لإظهار مدى تأثیر إدارة المعرفة على نشاط التجدید التكنولوجي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجازئر -تبسة-وقد اعتمدت هذه الدارسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي حیث تم الاعتماد على أداة الدارسة والمتمثلة في الاستبيان وقد ارتكزت الد ا رسة على عینة قدرت ب 51 استبانة صالحة للتحلیل. وقد تم الاعتماد على أسالیب الإحصاء في وصف متغيرات الدراسة، ، كما تم الاعتماد على أساليب الانحدار الخطي المتعدد في اختبار الفرضيات الفرعية و الانحدار البسيط في اختبار الفرضية الرئيسية، و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أنه هناك تاثير ايجابي لادارة المعرفة على نشاط التجديد التكنلوجي بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تبسة

This study aims to demonstrate the extent of the impact of knowledge management on technological innovation activity at Algeria Telecom in Tébessa. The study relied on a descriptive-analytical approach, where data was collected using a questionnaire as the primary research tool. The study was based on a sample consisting of 51 valid questionnaires for analysis. Statistical methods were used to describe the study variables, and multiple regression techniques were employed to test the sub-hypotheses, while simple regression was used to test the main hypothesis. The study concluded that knowledge management has a positive impact on technological innovation activity at Algérie Telecom in Tébessa. It also found a statistically significant positive relationship between the implementation dimension of knowledge management and technological innovation activity at the institution under study
