دور الرقمنة في تطوير المؤسسات الاقتصادية - دراسة حالة اتصالات الجزائر _ تبسة

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة \" دور الرقمنة في تطوير المؤسسات الاقتصادية\"، وذلك من خلال المرور عبر مجموعة محطات أولها إبراز اللبنات الأولى للرقمنة بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مفهوم المؤسسات الاقتصادية ذات طابع خدماتي، وكذلك الولوج إلى دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء وكفاءة المؤسسات، في حين تم في الجانب التطبيقي تسليط الضوء على تجربة الرقمنة في الجزائر بدراسة ميدانية في اتصالات الجزائر لولاية تبسة تم فيها التطرق إلى مظاهر التحول الرقمي في المؤسسة والتعرف على خدماتها الرقمية، كما ركزنا على التحديات التي تواجهها والتوجهات الرقمية التي تسعى اليها. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الى أن مشروع الرقمنة يشهد تطورا هاما وله تأثير كبير في الرفع من كفاءة وإنتاجية المؤسسة وتطوير خدمات رقمية عبر منصات الكترونية تتلائم مع متطلبات الزبون وكذا متطلبات العصر الرقمي وهذا ما ينعكس إيجابا على ثقة وولاء الزبون، كما أنها لا تزال تواجه تحديات تعرقل مسار التحول الرقمي مما ألزمها على وضع استراتيجيات شاملة والتوسع التدريجي لدعم البنية التحتية الرقمية للوصول الى الأهداف المسطرة.

This research aims to study \'the role of digitization in the development of economic institutions\', by passing through a group of stations, the first of which is to highlight the first building blocks of digitization in addition to identifying the concept of economic institutions of a service nature, as well as access to the role of digitization in improving the performance and efficiency of institutions, On the practical side, the experience of digitization in Algeria was highlighted with a field study at Algeria Telecom for the wilaya of Tebessa, in which the manifestations of digital transformation in the institution and the identification of its digital services were discussed, and we also focused on the challenges it faces and the digital trends it seeks. Through this study, we found that the digitization project is witnessing an important development and has a significant impact on raising the efficiency and productivity of the institution and developing digital services through electronic platforms that suit the requirements of the customer as well as the requirements of the digital age, and this is what reflects positively on the trust and loyalty of the customer, It also continues to face challenges that rationalize the path of digital transformation, which obliged it to develop comprehensive strategies and gradually expand to support the digital infrastructure to reach the set goals.
