الإدارة البيئية كأداة لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة فرفوس

تهدف هذه الدراسة لإظهار مدى تأثير الإدارة البيئية على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وأبعادها الثلاث في مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات -تبسة-، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات بالاعتماد على أداة الدراسة والمتمثلة في الاستبيان، وقد ارتكزت الدراسة على عينة قدرت ب 39 إستبانة صالحة للتحليل. وقد تم الاعتماد على أساليب الإحصاء في وصف متغيرات الدراسة، كما تم الاعتماد على أساليب الانحدار البسيط في اختبار الفرضيات الفرعية والفرضية الرئيسية، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير إيجابي للإدارة البيئية على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بمؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات -تبسة-، كما توصلت أيضا إلى وجود علاقة تأثير إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية للإدارة البيئية على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة البعد الاقتصادي، البعد البيئي، البعد الاجتماعي) بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. وفي الأخير تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج النظرية والتطبيقية، بالإضافة إلى بعض التوصيات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة البيئية، التنمية المستدامة، البعد الاقتصادي، البعد البيئي، البعد الاجتماعي.

This study aims to demonstrate the extent to which environmental management influences the achievement of sustainable development and its three dimensions within the Phosphate Mines Company in the Wilaya of Tébessa. The research employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, with data collected through a structured questionnaire. A total of 39 valid responses were obtained for analysis. Statistical methods were used to describe the study variables, and simple regression analysis was applied to test both the main and sub-hypotheses. The findings indicate a positive and statistically significant impact of environmental management on the achievement of sustainable development in the targeted company. Furthermore, the study revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between environmental management and each of the three dimensions of sustainable development: the economic, environmental, and social dimensions. In conclusion, the study yielded a set of theoretical and practical findings, along with several recommendations aimed at enhancing environmental management practices in support of sustainable development.
