دور التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الذكاء الاقتصادي في المؤسسات الخدماتية

تناولت هذه الدراسة دور التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الذكاء الاقتصادي داخل المؤسسات الخدماتية، من خلال تحليل مدى تأثير تبني التقنيات الرقمية على كفاءة اتخاذ القرار وجودة الأداء المؤسسي. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من موظفين في مؤسسات خدمية. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى التحول الرقمي وتفعيل ممارسات الذكاء الاقتصادي، لاسيما في مجالات التحليل التنبؤي وسرعة الوصول إلى المعلومات. تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتدريب الكفاءات البشرية لدعم استراتيجيات التحول الذكي وتعزيز التنافسية في المؤسسات الخدماتية.

This study explores the role of digital transformation in achieving economic intelligence within service-oriented institutions, by analyzing the impact of adopting digital technologies on decision-making efficiency and organizational performance. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and employed a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of employees in service institutions. The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between the level of digital transformation and the implementation of economic intelligence practices, particularly in predictive analytics and rapid access to information. The study highlights the importance of developing digital infrastructure and training human resources to support smart transformation strategies and enhance competitiveness in service institutions.
