كفاءة وفعالية نظم المعلومات المالية كألية لتحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات-تبسة-

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير كفاءة وفعالية نظم المعلومات المالية ودورها في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، مع التركيز على العلاقة بين جودة هذه النظم ومخرجاتها، وتأثيرها على المؤشرات المالية المختلفة مثل الربحية، السيولة، الكفاءة التشغيلية وغيرها، وبغرض الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة المطروحة قمنا بالوقوف على معرفة اثر نظم المعلومات المالية في شركة مناجم الفوسفات –تبسة-اعتمادا على استمارة الاستبيان حيث تم توزيع 31 استبيان على عينة من موظفي شركة مناجم الفوسفات. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للاستبيان باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للحزم الإحصائية Spss واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، و أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية وقوية بين كفاءة وفعالية نظم المعلومات المالية والأداء المالي لشركة مناجم الفوسفات – تبسة. كما بينت الدراسة أن تطوير هذه النظم والاستثمار في تدريب الكوادر وتحديث التقنيات المالية يلعب دوراً محورياً في تعزيز الأداء المالي وتحقيق استدامة المؤسسات.

This study aims to examine the extent to which the efficiency and effectiveness of financial information systems impact the financial performance of economic enterprises. It particularly focuses on the relationship between the quality of these systems and their outputs, as well as their influence on various financial indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency. To address the research problem, the study investigates the impact of financial information systems within the Phosphate Mines Company in Tebessa. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted, involving the distribution of 31 questionnaires to a sample of the company’s employees. Following statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and testing the study’s hypotheses, the results revealed a strong positive correlation between the efficiency and effectiveness of financial information systems and the financial performance of the Phosphate Mines Company – Tebessa. The study further highlighted that the development of these systems, along with investments in staff training and the modernization of financial technologies, plays a pivotal role in enhancing financial performance and ensuring institutional sustainability.
