حاضنات الأعمال كآلية لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة: دراسة عينة من حاضنات الأعمال في الشرق الجزائري

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة بالشرق الجزائري، من خلال عينة من 181 مؤسسة ناشئة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية. أظهرت النتائج ضعفاً في الدعم المالي المباشر (متوسط 2.82) مقابل تفوق الخدمات غير النقدية كالدعم الإداري (4.285) والفني (4.269) والتسويقي (4.189). كشف تحليل الانحدار أن الدعم المالي لم يسجل أثراً دالاً (β = -0.022, Sig=0.774) بينما أثبتت المحاور الأخرى تأثيراً قوياً (β=0.286-0.511). كما أظهرت الاختبارات الإحصائية تجانساً في تقييمات المستفيدين بغض النظر عن خصائصهم الديموغرافية أو قطاعات مؤسساتهم (Sig>0.05). تُوصي الدراسة بتحول استراتيجي نحو نماذج تمويل مبتكرة وتخصص قطاعي مع الحفاظ على وظيفة الوساطة.

This study aimed to analyze the role of business incubators in supporting startups in Eastern Algeria, utilizing a sample of 181 nascent enterprises. Adopting a descriptive-analytical methodology, the primary instrument was a structured questionnaire. Findings revealed a significant weakness in direct financial support (mean=2.82), contrasting with the superiority of non-monetary services: administrative support (4.285), technical assistance (4.269), and market-access facilitation (4.189). Regression analysis demonstrated statistically insignificant impact of financial support (β = -0.022, Sig=0.774), while other dimensions exhibited strong effects (β=0.286–0.511). Statistical testing confirmed homogeneity in beneficiary assessments regardless of demographic variables or enterprise sectors (Sig>0.05). The study recommends strategic transformation toward innovative financing models and sector-specific specialization while preserving the brokerage function of incubators.
