دور القطاع الصناعي في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في بعض الدول العربية دراسة تحليلية وقياسية للفترة (1990-2021)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القطاع الصناعي في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي حيث شملت عينة الدراسة مجموعة من الدول العربية خلال الفترة 1990 – 2021، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالقطاع الصناعي والنمو الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع المتغيرات لعينة وفترة الدراسة، وكذلك تم الاعتماد على أدوات التحليل الإحصائي والقياسي بهدف معرفة وجود تأثير للمتغيرات محل الدراسة على النمو الاقتصادي من عدمه، إذ تم الاستعانة بنموذج قياسي تضمن أربعة متغيرات اقتصادية مستقلة ومتغير تابع. توصلت الدراسة من خلال الجانب النظري إلى وجود علاقة اقتصادية طردية بين القطاع الصناعي والنمو الاقتصادي وهذا ما أكدته فرضيات كالدور للنمو، بالإضافة إلى الجانب التحليلي الذي اختلف وتباين فيه وجود تأثير من عدمه للمتغيرات في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي حسب الدول والفترة المدروسة. وأخيرا تبين من الدراسة القياسية أن النموذج الملائم للدراسة هو نموذج الانحدار التجميعي، وأكد التحليل الديناميكي من خلال تقديرات وسط المجموعة أن القطاع الصناعي له تأثير موجب وغير معنوي في الأجل القصير والطويل في النمو الاقتصادي.

This study aims to identify the role of the industrial sector in achieving economic growth, as the study sample included a group of Arab countries during the period 1990 - 2021, by addressing various concepts related to the industrial sector and economic growth, In addition to analyzing the reality of the variables for the sample and the study period, reliance was also placed on statistical and analogical analysis tools with the aim of determining whether or not there is an impact of the variables under study on economic growth, as a standard model was used that included four independent economic variables and a dependent variable. Through the theoretical aspect, the study concluded that there is a direct economic relationship between the industrial sector and economic growth, and this was confirmed by Kaldor’s growth hypotheses, in addition to the analytical aspect, in which the presence of an effect or not of variables in achieving economic growth varied and varied according to the countries and period studied. Finally, it became clear from the standard study that the appropriate model for the study is the aggregate regression model, and the dynamic analysis confirmed through estimates of the group mean that the industrial sector has a positive and insignificant effect in the short and long term on economic growth.
