اثر الانفاق الحكومي على النمو الاقتصادي

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس تأثير الإنفاق الحكومي وتقسيماته الرئيسية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من عام 1993 إلى عام 2023. استخدمت الدراسة بيانات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP) كمؤشر رئيسي للنمو الاقتصادي. ولتقدير العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي والنمو الاقتصادي، تم تطبيق نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع (ARDL)، تضمن المنهجية اختبارًا صارمًا لاستقرارية السلاسل الزمنية للبيانات، وهو شرط أساسي للتحقق من وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك (Cointegration) بين المتغيرات. يساعد التكامل المشترك في تأكيد وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات قيد الدراسة. قد تتضمن الدراسة تحليلًا لكيفية تأثير أنواع مختلفة من الإنفاق الحكومي على النمو الاقتصادي. توصلت هذه الدراسة من خلال النتائج التطبيقية وتحليلية إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من نفقات التجهيز على النمو الاقتصادي في الأجل الطويل، في حين لم يتم تسجيل أي تأثير لنفقات التسيير على النمو الاقتصادي.

Abstract : This study aimed to analyze and measure the impact of government spending and its main components on economic growth in Algeria during the period from 1993 to 2023. The study used Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as the main indicator of economic growth. To estimate the relationship between government spending and economic growth, the Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL) was applied, which is a suitable econometric model for analyzing long-term relationships between variables. The methodology included a rigorous test for the stationarity of the time series data, which is essential for verifying the presence of cointegration between the variables. Cointegration helps to confirm the existence of a long-term balanced relationship between the variables studied. In addition, the study may include an analysis of how different types of government spending (such as spending on infrastructure, education, and health) affect economic growth. The obtained results Based on its empirical and analytical findings, this study determined that capital expenditure exerts a positive and significant influence on long-term economic growth. Conversely, operational expenditure was found to have no discernible impact on economic growth.
