محددات الصادرات الفلاحية في الجزائر - دراسة قياسية للفترة 1994-2023

تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة واقع القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل التحديات والمشكلات التي تواجهه، مع تسليط الضوء على أهم القضايا المؤثرة في هذا القطاع. كما تسعى المذكرة إلى قياس العلاقة بين صادرات القطاع الفلاحي والتنمية الاقتصادية، ومدى فعالية هذه الصادرات في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي. وقد تم اعتماد نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (Summary ARDL) لتحليل البيانات الاقتصادية، وتقدير تأثير مفاهيم رئيسية مرتبطة بالقطاع الفلاحي، بالإضافة إلى تحميل تطور الصادرات الفلاحية والتحديات التي تواجهها.

This thesis aims to study the curr state of the agricultural sector in Algeria by analyzing the determinants of its exports and the extent of their impact. It also seeks to highlight the main challenges and problems facing agriculture in Algeria, which hinder its effective contribution to achieving food security and economic development. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted to present the key concepts related to the agricultural sector and to analyze the development of its exports. Additionally, the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was employed to measure the relationship between agricultural exports and their economic determinants.
