أثر استخدام أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة على تخفيض التكاليف في المؤسسة الإقتصادية_دراسة حالة مؤسسة فوسفات تبسة_

هدفت هذه إلى التعرف على أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة وكل المفاهيم التي تتعلق به، بالإضافة إلى مختلف الجوانب الملمة بتخفيض التكاليف بالاضافة إلى تخفيض التكاليف باستخدام أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة. ومن أجل الدراسة الميدانية وقع التربص في أحد المؤسسات الجزائرية الا وهي مؤسسة فوسفاتsomiphos التي تقع شرق الجزائرولاية تبسة وكان ذلك بتوزيع الإستبيان على عينة مكونة من مجموعة عمال بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة لإلمام بالموضوع. تم التوصل إلى أن المؤسسة لا تقوم بتطبيق أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة، ولا تلتزم بكامل مراحله الأساسية )تحديد السعر المستهدف، الربح المستهدف، التكلفة المستهدفة( وأن المؤسسة محل الدراسة لاتولي اهتمام له ولا تدرك مدى أهمية هذا الاسلوب في تخفيض التكاليف وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة، تخفيض التكاليف، مؤسسة somiphos، أساليب تخفيض التكاليف.

Abstract: This study aimed to explore the target costing method and all the concepts related to it, in addition to various aspects associated with cost reduction, particularly through the use of the target costing approach. For the field study, the internship was conducted at one of the Algerian companies, namely Somiphos Phosphate Company, located in the east of Algeria, in the Tébessa province. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees in the company under study to gain insights into the topic. The results showed that the company does not apply the target costing method and does not adhere to its main stages (determining the target price, target profit, and target cost). Furthermore, the company under study does not give importance to this approach nor does it recognize its role in cost reduction and achieving competitive advantage.
