دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين أداء النظام المصرفي الألماني- مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر_

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التكنولوجيا المالية على القطاع المصرفي وأداء البنوك، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إجراء دراسة تحليلية لدولتي ألمانيا والجزائر، أجريت الدراسة للفترة الممتدة من 2019-2023 بغرض معرفة مدى مساهمة التكنولوجيا المالية في تطوير القطاع المصرفي وتعزيز ربحية البنوك. توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية البنية التحتية وأهمية شركات التكنولوجيا المالية في هذا المجال فبفضل رقمنة البنية التحتية وتعزيز التعاون والشراكة بين البنوك وشركات التكنولوجيا المالية تتحسن المنظومة المصرفية وترفع من أدائها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في: - تكمن العلاقة بين التكنولوجيا المالية والأداء المصرفي في تأثيرها الإيجابي على الأداء المالي للبنوك؛ - يعتبر قطاع المدفوعات من أبرز قطاعات التكنولوجيا المالية انتشارا؛ - البنية التحتية الرقمية تعتبر الركيزة الأساسية لنجاح التكنولوجيا المالية ولا بد من تطويرها في الجزائر.

Absact: This study aimed to understand the impact of financial technology on the banking sector and bank performance. To achieve this goal, an analytical study was conducted in Germany and Algeria. The study was conducted for the period from 2019 to 2023 to determine the extent to which financial technology contributes to developing the banking sector and enhancing bank profitability. The study concluded that infrastructure and financial technology companies are important in this field. It is preferable to digitize the infrastructure and enhance cooperation and partnership between banks and financial technology companies to improve the banking system and raise its performance. The study concluded with a set of results, namely: - The relationship between financial technology a and banking performance lies in its positive impact on the financial performance of banks: - The payments sector is one of the most widespread financial technology sectors; - The digital infrastructure is considered the cornerstone of the success of financial technology and must be developed in Algeria.
