أثر الإتصالات الإدارية في تحسين اتخاذ القرار

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أثر الاتصالات الإدارية في تحسين اتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة تبسة، وذلك من خلال معالجة الإشكالية: \" ما مدى تأثير الاتصالات الإدارية في تحسين اتخاذ القرار بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة تبسة؟\"ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 54 فردا لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية. وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود عالقة ارتباط قوية بين الإتصاالت اإلدارية واتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر وحدة تبسة، كما أدى استخدام الاتصال الاداري في المؤسسة إلى تحسين عملية اتخاذ الفرار في المؤسسة حيث يتم اختيارها بدقة وموضوعية أكثر.
