دور الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الدور الذي تلعبه الرشاقة الاستراتيجية كتوجه إستراتيجي لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي في المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر –تبسة-، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف وللإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية إستعرضنا في الجانب النظري أدبيات كلا من المتغيرين (الرشاقة الاستراتيجية والتميز التنظيمي )، وتم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ليتم بعد ذلك التطرق إلى الفصل التطبيقي الذي إعتمدنا فيه على إستمارة الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية حيث كانت موجهة للإطارات والمسؤولين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية قد بـــ 40 فرد، وبعد عرض وتحليل إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، تم التوصل إلى أن المؤسسة تطبق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ولها تأثير على التميز التنظيمي.

This study aimed to demonstrate the role played by strategic agility as a strategic orientation to achieve organizational excellence in the operational directorate of Algeria Telecom - Tebessa - and to achieve this goal and to answer the main problem, we reviewed in the theoretical aspect the literature of both variables (strategic agility and organizational excellence), and the descriptive analytical approach was used, The applied chapter then turned to the questionnaire, in which we relied on the questionnaire as the main tool, as it was directed to the cadres and officials in the institution under study. A random sample of 40 individuals was taken. After presenting and analyzing the answers of the individuals in the study sample, it was concluded that the institution applies strategic agility and it has an impact on organizational excellence.
