دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP في تعزيز أداء المؤسسة دراسة حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات تبسة

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار دور نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP) في تعزيز الأداء بالمؤسسات من خلال دراسة حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات – تبسة- (SOMIPHOS)، ولتحقيق أهدافها تم تقسيمها إلى فصلين: فصل نظري يتناول المفاهيم الأساسية لنظام (ERP) وأداء المؤسسة وفصل تطبيقي تم فيه تحليل النتائج المالية للمؤسسة مع جمع وتحليل البيانات من خلال الاستبيان. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق نظام (ERP) في تعزيز أداء المؤسسة. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the role of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in enhancing organizational performance through a case study of the Phosphate Mines Company – Tebessa (SOMIPHOS). To achieve the study objectives, it was divided into two chapters: a theoretical chapter addressing the fundamental concepts of the ERP system and organizational performance, and an applied one in which the company’s financial results were analyzed. Also data is collected and analyzed through questionnaire. The study found a statistically significant role of ERP implementation in enhancing organization performance. Based on its results, the study also presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
